Our client, a highly prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Partner, with or without a team, for its Montreal office. You represent clients in real estate transactions, financing, and various operations related to the real estate industry and are looking to explore the opportunity to join a more innovative and transparent firm? This opportunity is for you.

We are seeking professionals able to:

• Develop and serve an existing client base

• Advise clients on complex real estate transactions

• Support clients in real estate transactions

• Act as counsel in real estate financing matters

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements

• Negotiate and structure purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, commercial leases, and real estate financings

• Advise real estate companies at the local and international levels

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions

• Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills

• Excellent client service

• Strong organizational skills and excellent ability to manage priorities

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent academic record

• Member of the Quebec Bar
